How the process works
We mount the sensor on a truck or ATV and drive the field at roughly 2 feet above the ground. A typical quarter section takes a few hours.
Physical samples from key locations, chosen from the sensor data, go to the lab to calibrate and verify the readings.

What high-density data changes
The difference shows up in the prescription. One built on 5-acre grid samples puts more fertilizer wherever a nearby sample point tested low, whether or not that's the limiting ground. One built on 335-point-per-acre data targets the actual low spots.
Over-application on high-testing ground and under-application where the crop would respond are both waste. Dense zone data closes that gap.
