Privacy Policy

The short version

Your data is yours. We don't sell it, aggregate it across customers, or share it with third parties. Every customer's data lives in isolated per-customer storage — your field data never touches another farmer's dataset.

What we collect

• Account information you provide (name, email, farm operation name)
• Field boundaries, soil data, spray records, and machine data you upload or generate through our products
• Basic platform usage/telemetry to keep the software working — never your field, soil, or agronomic data, and never tied to your identity in reporting

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data to agrochemical companies, seed companies, or anyone else
• We don't pool your field data with other customers' data to train shared models
• We don't use your data to benchmark you against other farms without your explicit consent
• We don't hold your data hostage — if you leave, you get a full export in standard formats

Data retention and deletion

If you close your account, we provide a full export of your data in standard formats (shapefiles, CSV, ISOXML) and delete it from our servers within 30 days. You can request an export at any time by contacting support@farmtech.us.
